Body of Water
Water is innately beautiful. What we don’t always perceive about it is everything that lives within it. Water is a fully realized living organism; an entire ecosystem, interconnected and unified in purpose. Symbiotic. Full of potential as well as kinetic. It is fundamental. Amoebas and bacteria, algae, frogs, insects, plants, decaying matter, and mammals that rely on the water – all are a part of what we don’t see when we look at the lovely lake or meandering stream. Water is “living decay”. The amount of plant and animal matter breaking down within a water system is phenomenal……and vital for the survival of everything tied to it.
Water repurposes “death.”
